 Learn the basic art, craft, science and ethics of facilitating peaceful conflict resolution.
Special Benefit, if you get hooked: completion of Northwest Mediation Center’s 40-hour Basic Mediation course is the main prerequisite for entrance into the Practicum Program leading to Mediator Certification.

“Sharing the Children” Seminar

Northwest Mediation Center offers the court mandated
Sharing the Children seminar.

This 3-hour seminar helps parents address their children’s needs and interests during and after separation, divorce or other family changes.  The seminar is offered four times each month.

ANGER MANAGEMENT FOR MEN

MEN’S ANGER MANAGEMENT

  • Investigate the causes of anger
  • Discover alternatives for increasing happiness
  • Find successful strategies for coping with the internal and external world we all deal with
  • Practice behavioral methods to be happy
  • Learn to transform destructive anger in to positive actions

This series meets criteria set out by the courts
Course consists of six, once-a-week, sessions, Wednesdays, beginning at 5 pm  
Advance registration is required
$90 for the course (cash, check or credit card accepted) [payment arrangements are available]
At the end of the course, participants who complete the series receive a Certificate of Completion.
